In this core management role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will engage in daily operations, team management, and strategic planning to enhance market growth and customer success. You will report directly to the COO and be groomed for future leadership as a Project CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the online gaming B2B platform.
- Drive market growth through strategic initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of 30+ members.
- Enhance traffic growth and channel operations.
- Lead product management and development efforts.
- Foster customer success and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients.
- Design and execute effective business strategies.
Job Requirements
Non-Chinese nationality from regions where gaming is legal.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Operations, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in internet, gaming, iGaming, or online platform operations.
Management experience with teams of 30+ members.
Strong operational mindset with data-driven growth capabilities.
Deep understanding of international market differences.
Excellent organizational and cross-department management abilities.
