The Operations Director / Project Lead is a core management role based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for overseeing the operations of an online gaming B2B platform and media business. The role includes business operations, market growth, team management, traffic growth, channel operations, product management, customer success, and overseas client relationship management, reporting directly to the COO and developed for future leadership as a Project CEO.
Job Requirements
Non-Chinese nationality from regions where gaming is legal.
Able to communicate with the team in Chinese.
English as a working language.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Operations, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in internet, gaming, iGaming, or online platform operations.
Experience in B2B or platform operations is preferred.
Background in gaming or digital entertainment industry is a strong plus.
Management experience with teams of 30+ members.
Strong operational mindset with data-driven growth capabilities.
Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational and cross-department management abilities.
CEO-type leadership potential.
Deep understanding of international market differences.
Strong ability to design and execute business strategy.
