
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the insurance policy issuance process. This role involves collaborating with customers and insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance policies.
In this position, the Operations Executive will engage in daily interactions with customers to facilitate the issuance of insurance policies. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications.
Proven hands-on experience in insurance issuance is a must.
Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Self-reliance and adaptability to handle responsibilities independently.
