As an Outdoor Sales Executive for Roda Land Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for conducting regular market visits across the East Coast of West Malaysia. Your primary focus will be to enhance field sales by identifying and prospecting new customers while nurturing strong relationships with existing dealers. This role requires a proactive approach to understand market dynamics and customer needs, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with the East Coast market and its dynamics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
