As the Outlet Manager, you will lead and manage the restaurant team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding Food & Beverage experiences that align with the Black Tap brand culture. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, inspiring the team to provide exceptional service, and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and commercial performance in a high-volume dining environment.

You will be responsible for managing seating flow, table turnover, and service coordination to maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. Engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience and handling feedback professionally will also be key aspects of your role.
