Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
SPM holder with 8 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills (both spoken and written)
Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill
Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications
Strong leadership and organizing skill
