As an Outlet Manager, you will manage the daily activities of the outlet, focusing on delivering outstanding service and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels. You will lead a team, develop business strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years of experience in F&B, including 1 year as Assistant Outlet Manager.
Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years of experience in F&B, including 2 years as Assistant Outlet Manager.
SPM holder with 8 years of experience in F&B, including 2 years as Assistant Outlet Manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
