The Manager 2 for the Project Delivery Office serves as a Digital Technology Business Partner, responsible for launching new initiatives to drive business growth. This role involves aligning application enhancements with the digital platform roadmap and ensuring high stability in legacy systems like IL Policy Administration. The incumbent manages application support scope, configuration, and compliance with global policy standards and regulatory requirements while mentoring junior staff.
Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in insurance or IT.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance operations, including Actuarial and Finance.
Professional qualifications like MII, CII, or LOMA are highly preferred.
Experience in IL/VPMS configuration and digital platform roadmapping.
Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and work independently with minimal guidance.
Experience mentoring junior staff and managing application support scope.
