The position requires maintaining and implementing sound pricing approaches consistent with the company’s takaful model and profitability measures. The role also involves providing timely and effective product implementation support, performing system testing, supporting actuarial needs related to product materials and system development, and enhancing product implementation processes. Additionally, the role includes supporting the placement of cost-effective retakaful arrangements before product launches and liaising with retakaful operators on various aspects including pricing, product design, underwriting, and claims management.
