As a Deputy Manager, you will plan and execute agency sales campaigns to drive performance and agent productivity within the Takaful business. Your role involves translating sales targets into actionable plans, monitoring performance, and implementing optimization strategies. You will also lead agent mobility uplift initiatives, analyzing data to identify gaps and partnering with Learning & Development teams to enhance agency capabilities while ensuring all activities meet governance and Shariah standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 6–9 years of experience in agency strategy or campaign management.
Strong background in Takaful, insurance, or financial services.
Deep understanding of agency sales models, incentives, and productivity management.
Proven experience in performance analysis and stakeholder coordination.
Professional, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
