The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting and delivering goods safely to designated locations. This role requires adherence to fixed schedules and traffic regulations while ensuring the integrity of cargo during transit.
Job Description
As a Truck Driver for the Kulai branch, you will engage in daily transportation tasks, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining communication with supervisors. You will also perform routine vehicle inspections and assist with loading and unloading goods.
Key Responsibilities: - Transport goods safely to designated locations according to fixed schedules. - Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness. - Adhere strictly to traffic regulations. - Maintain the integrity of cargo during transit. - Assist with loading and unloading tasks. - Communicate delivery status and vehicle maintenance needs to supervisors. - Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum PMR / SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of professional experience as a truck driver.
Must possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License).
Good driving skills with a clean traffic record.
Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks.
Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Disciplined and punctual in following delivery schedules.
