The Operations Assistant - EV Mobile is responsible for attending to customer emergency locations for electric vehicle support. This role involves driving to various locations to provide charging or minor repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers in emergency situations, providing timely assistance and ensuring their electric vehicles are operational. You will adhere to scheduled operating procedures while planning trips and offering additional services to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency incidents involving electric vehicles.
- Drive safely to customer locations for charging or minor repairs.
- Adhere to scheduled operating procedures and guidelines.
- Plan trips efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
- Provide additional services such as refreshments and entertainment.
- Follow supervisor instructions diligently.
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle safety.
Job Requirements
Possess SPM/SKM/SPMV certification.
Hold a valid Class D or E driving license (full) and GDL for vehicles under 7500 KG.
Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience in transportation with a clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (EV).
Physically fit.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
