
The Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base. This role involves engaging with potential clients and developing strategies to enhance business opportunities in the parking and property sectors.
In this position, you will be actively involved in lead generation and client acquisition, working in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
For Executive position, 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
For Associate position, fresh graduates or other entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
