The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators. This role involves staying updated with platform algorithms, managing campaign budgets, executing performance reporting, and analyzing data to support campaign success.
Must have a relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
Must have 1-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Professional certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.
Must be proficient with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin language skills being advantageous.
