Job Description

In this role, you will engage in the daily management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with the company's performance goals. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires constant adaptation to changing algorithms and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively.
  • Analyze data and generate performance reports to inform strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Must have a relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.

Must have 1-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Professional certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.

Must be proficient with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin language skills being advantageous.
