
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators. This role plays a crucial part in driving the success of marketing initiatives through data analysis and strategic budget management.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with the company's performance goals. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires constant adaptation to changing algorithms and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have a relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
Must have 1-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Professional certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.
Must be proficient with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin language skills being advantageous.
