
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and building ad campaigns across various paid digital marketing platforms. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing advertising strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth in both B2B and B2C sectors.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on both B2B and B2C industries. You will analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 1-2 years of SEM experience, either in-house or from an agency.
Knowledge of paid media channels with proven account growth.
Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with budget management and optimization decisions.
Understanding of sales/conversion funnels and key performance metrics.
