The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and building ad campaigns across multiple paid digital marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C industries. This role involves optimizing ads based on analytics to meet KPIs, delivering monthly performance reports, recommending platform strategies, and enhancing campaign creative elements to drive optimal results while monitoring performance metrics closely.
At least 1-2 years of SEM experience, either in-house or from an agency.
Knowledge of paid media channels, with hands-on search account building and proven account growth essential.
Analytical, organised, and KPI/ result-oriented.
Detailed, able to multitask, and adhere to deadlines.
Comfortable with numbers for budget management as well as making optimization decisions.
Able to perform ad tracking via GTM.
Understand sales/ conversion funnel, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV.
Working knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and Google Sheets/Excel.
Having ad experience using Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms is a bonus.
