The Personal Assistant role involves providing high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director. This includes managing the director's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, as well as handling correspondence and acting as a liaison with internal and external parties.
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director (MD). This role involves managing the MD's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as well as preparing and handling correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. The Personal Assistant also acts as a liaison between the Group MD and various internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders, supports financial-related matters, and assists in monitoring projects and follow-ups. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential, along with performing any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Group MD.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Finance background is preferred.
Experience in construction or property development industry will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Able to work independently, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
