
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director (MD). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's daily activities and communication with various stakeholders.
In this role, the Personal Assistant will manage the MD's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while preparing and handling correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. The work environment is dynamic, requiring a proactive approach to support the MD effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Finance background is preferred.
Experience in the construction or property development industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Able to work independently, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
