
The Personal Assistant, Marketing [Chinese Speaking] is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Marketing department. This role involves managing the Joint Managing Director's schedule and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the Marketing department by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Public Relations, Customer Service, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Prior working experience in the hotel industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to work independently, meticulous, detailed, and thorough.
Willing to work on shifts and/or weekends.
Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
