As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for managing a full spectrum of secretarial duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in project coordination. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the Director's office operates smoothly and efficiently, allowing for optimal productivity and focus on strategic initiatives. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients and partners.

Job Requirements

Possess at least SPM, PSC or DES or an equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
