Job Description
As a Personal Banker, you will engage with customers daily, offering tailored financial solutions and educating them on Bank Islam products. You will work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized financial plans for clients.
- Educate customers on Bank Islam products and services.
- Collaborate with branch teams to enhance customer experience.
- Market and cross-sell financial products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and support.
- Monitor and assess clients' financial goals and progress.
Job Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles.
Obtain a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
Pass the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
Demonstrate good communication skills and networking abilities.
Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
