As a Personal Banker, you will provide customers with financial advice and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Your responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, educating customers on Bank Islam products, and collaborating with branch teams to enhance customer experience. You will also market and cross-sell products while building strong relationships with clients.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles.
Obtain a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
Pass the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
Demonstrate good communication skills and networking abilities.
Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
