In this role, you will engage with customers daily, providing them with guidance on financial planning and Bank Islam's products. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to customers.
- Develop personalized financial plans based on customer needs.
- Educate customers on Bank Islam products and services.
- Conduct consultations to assess customer financial situations.
- Market and promote Bank Islam's financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles.
Obtain a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
Pass the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
Demonstrate good communication skills and networking abilities.
Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
