As a Presales Engineer, you will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical presentations, and assist in proposal development. Your role will involve engaging with clients to address their needs and showcasing how our solutions can meet their objectives. You will also work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a presales or technical support role
Strong understanding of software and hardware solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
Proficiency in preparing technical documentation
Familiarity with industry trends and technologies
