Your responsibilities include originating opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with a dedicated broker team for technical support and market access. This position allows you to create a recurring income stream through commission-sharing based on your chosen accounts, focusing on specific industries where you have established networks.
Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields
Strong network within target industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, electronics, or construction
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with commercial insurance products
