Job Description
In this role, the Senior Executive will oversee the daily operations of motor fleet insurance, collaborating with brokers and insurers to streamline processes. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong attention to detail and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize motor fleet insurance processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee fleet rating mechanics and handle claims adjustments.
- Maintain accurate data for large vehicle schedules.
- Collaborate with brokers and insurers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze and reconcile vehicle schedules and premium calculations.
- Provide support and guidance to team members regarding fleet operations.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting motor fleet insurance.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of motor insurance experience on the broker, agency, or insurer side.
Essential fleet experience; individual private car experience is insufficient.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian commercial motor regulations and practices.
Familiarity with PIAM systems and insurer broker portals.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree, ideally with CII or MII qualification.
Registered or registrable as an insurance broker representative under the Financial Services Act 2013.
Strong attention to detail for managing fleet schedules with 50+ vehicles.
