Job Description
The Senior Executive, Motor Fleet Operations will manage and optimize motor fleet insurance processes, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations. This role involves overseeing fleet rating mechanics, handling claims adjustments, and maintaining accurate data for large vehicle schedules. The executive will collaborate with brokers and insurers, leveraging their expertise to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of motor insurance experience on the broker, agency, or insurer side.
Essential fleet experience; individual private car experience is insufficient.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian commercial motor regulations and practices.
Familiarity with PIAM systems and insurer broker portals.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree, ideally with CII or MII qualification.
Registered or registrable as an insurance broker representative under the Financial Services Act 2013.
Strong attention to detail for managing fleet schedules with 50+ vehicles.
Proficient in Excel for vehicle schedules, premium calculations, and reconciliation.
