Role Summary

The Procurement Intern is responsible for supporting the supply chain strategy tailored to meet customer needs. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance vendor relationships and ensure quality assurance from suppliers.

Job Description

In this role, the intern will work within the PSSC team, engaging in daily tasks that support procurement and supply chain operations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating manual ERF/E request forms for vendors.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and supplier records for effective tracking.
  • Participate in global initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
  • Act as a liaison between procurement teams and execution teams.
  • Support vendor relationship management efforts.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities from suppliers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Tableau is advantageous.
