As a Procurement Officer, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing procurement processes and collaborating with various stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovative solutions and effective negotiation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tender projects and manage requests for proposals for sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Process contract renewals and manage operational issues related to purchases.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential suppliers.
- Contribute ideas for improving system efficiency.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs.
Job Requirements
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistic Management, International Trade, Marketing, or Social Science.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or any other ERP system is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
