Job Requirements
Source, filter, and secure cast weekly.
Scout talent via social media, communities, or in person.
Match personalities to concepts.
Manage cast communications and expectations.
Make fast, accurate casting decisions.
Plan concepts, rundowns, and story beats.
Handle logistics such as scheduling, props, and wardrobe.
Align hooks and story flow with the creative team.
Prepare host and cast briefs.
