The Producer (Long-Form Producer & Casting Specialist) is responsible for producing two long-form KAYAA episodes weekly. This role involves managing all aspects of production, from casting to post-production, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the production of KAYAA episodes, collaborating closely with the creative team and cast. Your day-to-day tasks will include casting, planning, directing, and ensuring the smooth execution of shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, filter, and secure cast weekly.
• Scout talent via social media, communities, or in person.
• Match personalities to concepts.
• Manage cast communications and expectations.
• Make fast, accurate casting decisions.
• Plan concepts, rundowns, and story beats.
• Handle logistics such as scheduling, props, and wardrobe.
• Align hooks and story flow with the creative team.
• Prepare host and cast briefs.
• Lead shoots with confidence.
