Job Description
As a Product Business Expert in Cost Management, you will analyze cost business landscapes across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, identifying customer pain points and business opportunities. You will develop high-quality marketing materials and act as the business interface between product lines and sales/service teams, ensuring that product delivery meets market demands. Additionally, you will empower regional sales teams with cost business knowledge and ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of construction cost management / QTO workflows.
Proven experience translating business needs into product or solution requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, sales, and CS teams.
Structured, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
5 years and above of experience in construction cost consulting, contractor commercial roles, or construction software/product companies.
Experience with construction management is preferred.
Experience in Indonesia markets preferred.
Familiarity with BIM-based costing or digital QTO solutions is a plus.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
