Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that include overseeing product specifications, prototypes, and seasonal hampers while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also analyze market trends to drive continuous improvements in product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to release.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and marketing teams for product development.
- Oversee MAL product registrations and maintenance.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality testing to meet safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and sales data for product improvements.
- Execute successful marketing strategies for product launches.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in product development or related fields.
Mandatory experience in MAL product registration and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
