About Us
BESHOM Holdings Berhad, formerly known as Hai-O Enterprise Bhd, is a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Established in 1975, Hai-O developed a reputation over more than 50 years as a trusted household name offering complementary medicines (TCM), medicated tonic, wellness, beauty, and healthcare products along with clinical services. BESHOM continues this legacy as the investment holding company for the Hai-O group, aiming to provide customers the tools to transform their homes into safe havens. Hai-O was the first traditional healthcare company listed on Bursa Malaysia and has since transferred its listing status to BESHOM as of 29 November 2021.
What We Do
BESHOM Group's principal business activities include wholesale and retail, multi-level marketing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and Chinese medicinal clinics. With a nationwide presence, it operates 56 retail chain stores and franchises, 29 multi-level marketing branches, various stockists and sales points, and two GMP manufacturing plants across Malaysia. The group also operates a joint venture, Peking Tongrentang (M) Sdn Bhd, providing Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation services and herbal medicines in Kuala Lumpur since 2002.
