As a Product Management Specialist, you will act as a Product Owner responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle. Your core duties involve defining and prioritizing user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment between business processes and application systems. You will collaborate with technology teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive digital solutions. Additionally, you will oversee workstream planning, financial oversight, and platform stability while providing leadership to software engineers and contributors to optimize resource utilization and delivery excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management from an accredited institution.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Engineering.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within the Insurance IT domain.
Strong domain knowledge in insurance business operations and SDLC processes.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and JIRA for documentation.
Experience with COBOL programming language or Life Asia platform is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
