Job Description
As a Product Management Specialist, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include defining user stories and managing the product backlog. You will work closely with technology teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management from an accredited institution.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Engineering.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within the Insurance IT domain.
Strong domain knowledge in insurance business operations and SDLC processes.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and JIRA for documentation.
