They also assist in marketing communication across multiple channels, including social media, internal announcements, and events, ensuring consistent product messaging. The role involves coordinating social media content creation, scheduling and publishing approved posts, and maintaining accurate records of marketing assets. Additionally, the executive helps support campaigns and promotions by monitoring engagement and preparing reports.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications.
Interns or fresh graduates with 02 years of working experience are welcome.
Internship or hands-on experience in content creation, social media, or marketing is an advantage.
Strong interest in product marketing and communication.
Good writing skills with strong attention to detail.
Familiar with managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Rednote etc.).
Able to communicate effectively in written English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and content publishing.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
