
The Product Centre Coordinator is responsible for managing customer service and sales, providing product information and advice to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes handling transactions, overseeing inventory control, maintaining the outlet's condition, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and operational requirements.
The Product Centre Coordinator is responsible for managing customer service and sales, advising customers on product information and usage, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence. The role involves handling payment collection, issuing invoices and products, and following up on customer complaints by reporting them to the relevant department head. Additionally, the coordinator oversees outlet operations and inventory control, performing stock postings daily, maintaining stock balance accuracy, ensuring proper storage and product quality, and managing the tidiness and equipment condition of the outlet. The position also includes arranging window displays, ensuring compliance with licensing conditions, and managing timely payment of utility bills.
Education: SPM or equivalent.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably possesses 1 year of experience in customer service.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and possessing good communication skills.
