In this role, you will be passionate about understanding customer needs and designing exceptional experiences. You will lead market and customer discovery efforts, ensuring the product journey is aligned with commercial objectives while maintaining scalability across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market and customer discovery efforts to identify needs and opportunities.
- Act as product owner for one or more product features, driving delivery for intuitive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the product vision and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment of the global product journey with market commercial needs.
- Manage quarterly reviews of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive initiatives for customer personalization and engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with Markets, Transformation, and Technology teams to enhance delivery pace.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in product management or related roles.
Strong understanding of customer experience design.
