The Product Sales Executive – Swimming Pools at Hydro One is responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting premium swimming pool products to B2C clients. The role involves conducting consultations, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, presenting product information, and achieving sales targets. The position requires both in-person and remote sales activities, as well as a strong understanding of the swimming pool industry, home improvement, or luxury products.
Job Requirements
Proven track record of 3 years in B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement, luxury goods, or pool industry.
Experience selling high-ticket products or services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service.
A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Highly motivated and goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Knowledge or passion for the swimming pool industry is a significant advantage.
