Job Description
As a Production Assistant, you will operate and monitor embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality output. Your responsibilities include preparing materials, inspecting finished products, assisting in packing, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will support the production team and perform basic machine maintenance, contributing to a collaborative and creative environment.
Job Requirements
SPM or equivalent; Diploma is a plus.
Experience in embroidery or production is an advantage; training provided.
Detail-oriented and disciplined with the ability to meet deadlines.
Team player and physically fit, able to stand for long hours.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Basic knowledge of embroidery file formats (DST, EMB, PES) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
