Job Description
The Production Executive / Production Senior Executive is responsible for managing operations and production with a focus on productivity, GMP, and cost effectiveness. This role involves handling overall plant and factory production, operations, and facilities management while ensuring production schedules and targets are met.
Job Requirements
Degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
Self-driven with leadership competencies and a good team player.
Problem solver with observant and strong analytical skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to converse in Chinese dialects is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking staff or suppliers.
Knowledge in ISO, GMP, and HACCP is an added advantage.
