Production Executive – FFM Flour Mills (Sabah) Sdn Bhd

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing mill and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards. This role involves collaboration with various teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve production targets.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations within the mill and warehouse, ensuring that all processes align with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with section heads and the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mill and warehouse operations in coordination with section heads.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes and infrastructure.
• Plan and manage manpower requirements across operations and distribution.
• Supervise and motivate teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and operational forecasting for projects and operations.
• Implement and enforce workplace health and safety guidelines.
