Production Line Operator (FTE) – Johnson Matthey Services Sdn. Bhd.

The Production Line Operator is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient production activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The Production Line Operator works in a dynamic manufacturing setting, focusing on adhering to safety and quality procedures while executing production tasks. Daily responsibilities include following instructions from superiors to meet production targets and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
• Execute production activities according to Defect Criteria and Customer Specifications.
• Follow and complete assigned production tasks as per superior’s instructions.
• Maintain efficiency and minimize downtime during production processes.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably instructed within the employee’s skill set.
• Support other departments as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards in the workplace.
