
The TA Intern is responsible for supporting recruitment functions within the organization. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, contributing to the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
The TA Intern will engage in various recruitment activities, including pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews. The intern will also address basic talent acquisition inquiries under supervision and manage job openings and sourcing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
