Job Description

The TA Intern will engage in various recruitment activities, including pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews. The intern will also address basic talent acquisition inquiries under supervision and manage job openings and sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the pre-screening of candidates for various positions.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Respond to basic talent acquisition inquiries from candidates.
  • Take ownership of job openings and assist in sourcing candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
