Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on continuous improvement and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all production activities.
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage quality control measures to maintain product standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Relevant experience in polymer synthesis and petrochemical synthesis plant is advantageous.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Polymer, Petroleum) or equivalent.
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
Knowledge of process safety and personal safety.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership attributes.
