Production Manager – Kossan

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role plays a critical part in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and maintaining effective communication within the team.

The Production Manager will engage in daily planning of chemical consumption and provide order instructions to the Compounding team. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure adherence to the Production Line Planning Schedule and to implement recovery plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily chemical consumption and provide order instructions to Compounding.
• Communicate with the team to ensure thorough preparation according to the Production Line Planning Schedule.
• Set up recovery plans when necessary to address production issues.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• Oversee manufacturing enhancement projects to improve efficiency.
• Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
