Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
Hands-on knowledge of basic floor process monitoring and controlling.
Able to use measuring equipment such as hardness tester and weighing machine.
Willingness to work on rotational shift.
Able to train and guide operator.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work with all levels within the department to achieve the objective set.
