Role Summary
The Project Coordinator/Project Executive is responsible for ensuring adherence to the Project Quality Plan and the Company’s Quality Management System during construction supervision. This role involves effective coordination with contractors to ensure timely completion of property development projects.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the construction process, inspecting various stages to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with contractors and project teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect construction stages to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and recommend remedial works as necessary.
- Conduct final inspections and manage project handovers.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor site works in accordance with ISO procedures and Qlassic.
- Display professionalism and confidence in all interactions.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in developers/consultants/contractor firms.
Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works.
Strong leadership skills and conflict resolution abilities.
Good supervision skills and quality awareness.
