Job Description
The Project Engineer / Production Engineer (Experienced) role involves supporting production management and project planning within a manufacturing environment. This position includes overseeing production schedules, coordinating with production teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and quality standards. The engineer also engages in risk management, technical oversight, budget management, and quality assurance activities, utilizing tools such as SOLIDWORKS for engineering drawing interpretation and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Additionally, the role requires coordinating project teams and stakeholders, preparing and maintaining project documentation, supporting procurement and sales technical activities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and staying updated with technological and industry developments. The engineer is responsible for ensuring efficient production flow, timely project delivery, and compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or related role.
Fresh graduate is welcome to take the challenge for bright future career.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project engineering / technical support within manufacturing.
Experience in preparing and reviewing FMEA / PFMEA and FAI reports.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management and resource allocation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (planning, execution, and completion of projects).
Knowledge of quality control processes and production optimization.
Strong understanding of quality control processes, process improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, Kaizen).
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess any relevant professional certifications.
