Job Description
The Project Engineer / Production Engineer (Fresh Graduate) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects. This role involves managing project flow, timelines, budgets, and resources, addressing quality concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved to the highest quality standards, in compliance with ISO 9001 and preferably AS9100 quality management systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and take on exciting opportunities for career growth.
Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with quality control processes and production optimization.
Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies, including 5S, Lean, and Kaizen.
Willingness to learn industry regulations and compliance standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possession of relevant professional certifications is a plus.
Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferred).
