Job Description
As a Project Executive, you will engage in day-to-day project management activities, collaborating closely with the development team and various stakeholders. You will be based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang, where you will conduct site inspections and manage project changes to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing M&E engineering projects.
- Oversee project processes from design planning to execution.
- Lead the development team in project activities.
- Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure compliance.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Manage project changes and updates effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Job Requirements
Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in M&E engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
Knowledgeable in development life cycle management.
Proven track record in interior fit-out or building construction projects.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
