Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling project-related and commercial matters. You will identify new business opportunities and support pre-sales activities while monitoring project progress to enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Handle post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities and prepare necessary documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies or related field.
Experience in project management.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
