Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day project management activities, utilizing AutoCAD to produce and advise on layout designs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and advise layout designs using AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed drawings for special fixture designs.
- Manage site briefings during the tender stage.
- Oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Verify invoices and manage asset orders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate project execution.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager or in a related position.
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in site monitoring and supervision.
Knowledge of project scheduling and planning.
Ability to work and commute at Headquarters, AEON BiG Subang Jaya.
