
The Project Manager will oversee the design and execution of renovation and new store projects. This role requires strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and supervising site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
To produce and advise layout design for New Store/Revamping using AutoCAD. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings for special fixture design, managing site briefings during the tender stage, and overseeing project schedules. The role also involves verifying invoices, managing asset orders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager or related position
Diploma or Degree in Construction/Project Management or related field
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in site monitoring and supervision
Knowledge of project scheduling and planning
Ability to work and commute at Headquarters, AEON BiG Subang Jaya
