The Project Quality Leader ensures the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and leading continuous improvement efforts in a global engineering environment.
As a Project Quality Leader, you will ensure project quality is maintained across the entire lifecycle, from tendering to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee quality assurance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key duties include preparing quality plans, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, and managing customer feedback to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations while adhering to global standards.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of professional experience in quality management and customer experience.
Proven leadership and team management experience in cross-functional environments.
Expertise in QMS principles, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone, and 8D methodologies.
Proficiency in risk management, project management, and auditing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage indirect resources within a matrix organization under tight deadlines.
Green Belt or Black Belt and ISO standards certification is highly preferred.
