The Project Quality Leader is responsible for ensuring project quality is maintained across the entire lifecycle. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
As a Project Quality Leader, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include preparing quality plans and monitoring performance metrics. You will work in a dynamic environment, conducting audits and managing customer feedback to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of professional experience in quality management and customer experience.
Proven leadership and team management experience in cross-functional environments.
Green Belt or Black Belt and ISO standards certification is highly preferred.
