The Project Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading the Sales team within the Project Sales department focusing on the audio-visual system business. This role involves maintaining and developing business relationships with corporate clients for audio-visual and IT infrastructure projects, while guiding the team to achieve annual business turnover.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients in the audio-visual sector.
• Conduct sales forecasts and report performance metrics to Singapore HQ.
• Engage with new accounts to support business development activities.
• Provide guidance on system design to junior sales members.
• Collaborate with AV/Acoustic consultants to enhance service offerings.
