The Property Growth & Content Intern (Developer Projects) role at Newton iEstate Sdn Bhd is a full-time, on-site internship lasting approximately 12 weeks. The internship is focused on digital content creation and lead funnel execution to support new property launches, working alongside Sales Directors and the marketing team to drive showroom bookings. Responsibilities include producing short-form content, managing lead capture funnels, maintaining CRM data, supporting roadshows, and conducting A/B testing for marketing content.
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree (Business/Marketing/Mass Comm/Design/Media or related).
Comfortable with English & Mandarin communication (written & verbal).
Basic skills in Canva/CapCut; confident on IG/FB/TikTok/XHS.
Detail-oriented, organized in Sheets/CRM; willing to support occasional weekend events.
