Job Description
Southern Star Research is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to navigating the complexities of bringing new medical products to market. We are looking for an experienced Proposals and Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This full-time remote position offers flexibility to be based in Malaysia or India, where you will ensure that client requests are appropriately addressed throughout the proposal process.
Job Requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines.
A minimum of 3-5 years' proposals experience within a CRO environment.
Proven track record in the development and management of budgets.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing projects and deadlines.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated business ethics and integrity.
